- Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days of receipt, subject to stock availability.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Customers will be notified promptly if an item is out of stock or delayed.
2. Shipping
- Domestic Shipping (Australia):
We deliver across Australia using reputable courier and postal services. Standard delivery times are 2–7 business days, depending on location. Regional and remote areas may take longer. - International Shipping:
International orders may be available upon request. Delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs clearance. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees. - Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order. - Tracking:

3. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review the following terms:
- Change of Mind:
Returns for change of mind must be requested within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense. - Faulty or Damaged Products:
